Wanted teen in Perrysburg Twp. homicide arrested

Raul Moya is accused of obstructing justice in connection with a fatal shooting in Perrysburg Township early Sunday.

The second suspect wanted in connection to a young mother's homicide in Perrysburg Township was apprehended by authorities on Wednesday afternoon.

Raul Moya, 18, is accused of obstructing justice for the shooting death of 21-year-old Leandra Frankum on July 22. His brother, Jose, turned himself in on Tuesday and appeared in Perrysburg Municipal Court on Wednesday to face a charge of murder, according to the Wood County Sheriff's Office.

Rodney Hartzell with the U.S. Marshals service told WNWO that officers arrested Raul without incident at his mother's home on Buckeye Street in Toledo. Hartzell said the teen hugged and kissed his family before submitting himself to police.

Raul Moya is currently being transported to Perrysburg Township Police.
