Officials anticipate to open by Saturday.Some workers at West Franklin Park Mall opened their stores to find puddles of water on their floors.It's a common occurrence that many buildings experience after significant snowfall, but the maintenance creates a delay from normal, day-to-day operations.A water-main break delays the start of Toledo's campus at Mercy College of Ohio. Classes won't begin until Monday, but employees are required to work the rest of the week.A boil advisory was issued Wednesday due to a water main break. Public Works Director Kenneth Blair advises Waterville residents that live on Canal Road and Canal Court to boil their water for five minutes for the next four to five days.
