A young girl campaigning to prevent cyber bullying has been honored for her efforts.

The gift was presented by Julie Meeker whose 16-year-old daughter, Kayla Meeker, committed suicide after being cyber bullied.

"I was being bullied so rumors started," Shook said. "So I just decided that I'm just going to start something to help other kids."

Kayla's siblings were also be there to show support for Madison and thank her for efforts.
