A Toledo woman who police say played a role in the disappearance of a Michigan man returns to Toledo.

36-year-old Desirae Strauss will appear in court Monday.

Toledo Police filed murder charges against Strauss and her husband, Robert Strauss, in the murder of 52-year-old Brian Martin.

The couple was stopped in Anderson, Ind., driving Martin's car. They were arrested on unrelated charges to the murder.

Robert is being held at the Madison County Sheriff's Office.

Family members of Martin have organized a search Sunday at 12:30 p.m.

People are asked to meet at VFW Post 4906 on Consaul Street.

Detectives believe Martin's body was dumped somewhere between Toledo and Anderson.

He was last seen at the Strauss' residence in east Toledo.
