A local football coach no longer has a job. The Woodmore School Board read a letter from assistant coach Todd Bringman announcing his resignation Wednesday night.
The school board held a "special meeting" to discuss a football practice that left one student with a concussion.
A lot of the finger pointing was directed at Woodmore assistant coach Todd Bringman who was accused of being "abusive," according to parents in a Suburban Press interview.
Woodmore School Board president Steve Huss said an investigation was launched after the player's injury. He also said more people than just Bringman are involved in the case, including several coaches, players, and the principal.
Board President Huss couldn't say how long the investigation would last.
