      A Woodville man, initially charged with multiple counts of vehicular and felonious assault, has now been indicted on one count of murder and two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide for a pedestrian accident late last month.

      A Wood County grand jury indicted 26-year-old Cody Rickard on the new charges, on Thursday, after one of the three CSX workers he's accused of injuring died.

      Paul Castle of Kentucky passed away last Tuesday;

      the Toledo Blade reported

      he'd been in critical condition at St. Vincent's since the accident.

      On October 28th, Castle and two of his co-workers were doing construction at the Bradner Road train crossing when they were struck.

      Rickard allegedly drove past two barricades, collided with a utility pole, before hitting Castle and two other men.

      The 26-year-old also allegedly crashed into a CSX maintenance truck at the scene in Bradner.

      Castle, his two CSX co-workers, and Rickard were all taken to the hospital for treatment; Rickard was later arrested on October 30th.

      Rickard's next court appearance is scheduled for December 12th.
