Youth Pleads Guilty to School Threats
TOLEDO, Ohio (WNWO) —
The youth facing charges for threats against two area schools pleads guilty on Thursday.
Lucas County juvenile prosecutor Lori Olender tells NBC 24 the 14-year-old admitted to the threat against Maumee High School.
The youth faced a second charge for threats against St. John's High School.
Olender said the case will now be handled by the Probation Department.
The youth is a first time offender who has no record.
Juvenile Judge William will take all under advisement and render a decision at the next
court appearance at 8 a.m. on March 20.
The youth remains in detention until any any new decision is made.
