A nine-month-old baby has been charged with trying to kill in Pakistan, according to a NBC News report.
Mohammad Musa Khan is tended to by his parents and still drinks from a bottle, but he is now accused of attempted murder after being caught in a mob protest with his family.
The baby has had his fingerprints taken and is out on bail. However, just a few of questions remain: Will this baby boy face trial, and how did this country's legal system allow this to happen?
