An accidental catch off the coast of Florida has led to a horrifying-looking viral sensation.
An American shrimper caught a rare goblin shark in the waters off Key West in April. It was a total surprise as the strange-looking shark fell out of his shrimp net.
Goblin sharks live up to three thousand feet under water and feed on live squid and fish.
The catch was one of only two ever made in the Gulf of Mexico and the first since 200, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
