      The Supreme Court will hear arguments today in a voter registration case. An Arizona law tries to keep illegal immigrants from voting by demanding all state residents show documents proving their U.S. citizenship before registering to vote in national elections. The federal form used doesn't include that requirement. Four states have similar laws and a dozen or so are thinking about it.
