Toledo Police are looking into the actions of some of its officers after they say a Curtice man stole a cruiser that was left running.
Investigators say 22-year-old Kent Crozier hopped into the patrol car after officers arrived at the El Camino Restaurant in West Toledo Tuesday night.
Cops were responding to a disturbance call when they say Crozier took off in the cruiser. The car was recovered a short time later. Crozier was arrested.
Chief Mike Navarre says officers are not supposed to leave keys in unattended patrol cars.
