Curves has been around for decades. It’s a circuit-based fitness routine made just for women. Ladies should spend 30 seconds at each station in the circuit. Many of the machines are based on resistance, so the harder you push the more weight you are pushing.

The owner of the Curves on Monroe Street – Beth Sheely – says the it’s great physical exercise, but Curves offers much more than that. She said one of the best things about her fitness studio is the relationships that are built there.
