Wellness Wednesday: Grab a partner and dance away calories
Looking for a fun way to shed some calories? Get ready to learn about an unconventional way to approach fitness.
You can head to Paulettes Studio of Dance on Monroe street to dance off some calories.
“Not only is it the stress relief from it, but the health benefits and the cardio-people want to work out but they don't want to feel like they're getting a workout,” Owner Paulette said.
She said anyone can show up and take a class. You can choose from traditional ballroom dances or learn swing dancing or Latin dancing. But she warns to not be to hard on yourself. She said to just have fun and the more you practice, the better you will get.
