The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team used a team effort to post a 56-43 win over the University at Buffalo on Thursday night.
All 10 BGSU players who saw action on Thursday night scored between two and 12 points. Junior Jillian Halfhill had a team-high 12 points, while senior Chrissy Steffen had a double-double, with 10 points and a game-high 10 rebounds.
The victory improves the Falcons' records to 18-9 overall and 9-5 in MAC play. The Bulls drop to 9-18 and 7-7, respectively.
The Falcons are back at home on Sunday to take on Ohio University at the Stroh. Tipoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
