Buckeye kicked off team pleads case to return

Ohio State linebacker Storm Klein was kicked off the team after being charged with domestic violence but since he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor disordly conduct he wants back on the team.
He was accused of hitting the mother of his child during an argument.
Team spokesman Jerry Emig says Klein's status with the team is being re-assessed.
Klein started ten games for the Buckeyes last season.
