Bowling Green State's baseball team set a season high in hits and runs against rival Toledo and defeated the Rockets 14-1 on Saturday afternoon.
The Falcons notched all 18 of their season-high hits after the second inning. All nine BG starters had a hit including a team-high three each by Andrew Kubuski (3-for-4, 2 RS, 2 RBI) and Patrick Lancaster (3-for-4, RS, RBI).
UT junior RHP Cameron Palmer (1-3) was tagged with the loss, giving up eight runs (three earned) on eight hits with two strikeouts in 4.2 innings.
The Falcons and Rockets will square off Sunday for the series finale at Scott,with first pitch coming at 1 p.m.
