Just like they did in Super Bowl XLII, the New York Giants will defeat the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.
That is, if you believe Madden NFL 12. The popular EA sports game simulated this Sunday's big game and the G-Men came out victorious over the Pats, 27-24. In the game's final moments, kicker Lawrence Tynes made a 40-yard field goal to win it for New York.
Although not as accurate as the 'Madden Curse', the simulation has correctly picked the Super Bowl winner six of the last eight years. Their only flubs? Last year picking the Steelers over the Packers, and that memorable game in 2008 when the Giants gave the Patriots their first loss of the season.
