Hens rally late to beat Chiefs 3-2

TOLEDO, OH- After a scorelss eight innings, Toledo rallied late in the ninth to take game 3 vs Syracuse 3-2.

It all started when Mike Hessman singled to start off the inning, followed by a sac fly by James McCann for the first out of the ninth.

Jordan Lennerton came through when it mattered, RBI triple to get the Hens on the board, 2-1. Wade Gaynor, who was called up from AA Erie to replace Danny Fields, doubled to score the tying run.

With one out and runners on second and third, Chiefs pitcher Daniel Strange was called for a balk allowing Ben Guez to come on home for the winning score.
