      Hens win third straight

      TOLEDO-- Toledo's hot hitting continued Wednesday evening at Fifth Third Field as the Hens beat the Clippers 7-2.

      Hernan Perez started the scoring early in the first with an RBI triple. Hens led 4-1 into the sixth when Jordan Lennerton and Trevor Crowe hit back-to-back homeruns to make it 6-1.

      Mud Hens starting pitcher Robbie Ray got his fifth win of the season (5-3). He threw six innings, struck out six and allowed just one run.
