Mud Hens clipped by Columbus 3-2

Jordan Lennerton puts the Hens up 2-1 with and RBI-double

The Toledo Mud Hens let a 2-1 lead slip out of their hands in the sixth inning and lost to the Columbus Clippers 3-2 Wednesday night at Fifth Third Field.

Mud Hens trailed early in the game but tied the game at 1-1 in the bottom of the second with a RBI single from Danny Dorn. Jordan Lennerton put the Hens up 2-1 in the bottom of the fourth with and RBI double, but Toledo was unable to hold on to the lead. The Clippers scored two runs in the top of the sixth to seal the one run victory in Toledo.
