Mud Hens' Jim Weber inducted into Hall of Fame

Jim Weber is the first broadcaster elected to the International League Hall of Fame.

Weber has been doing play by play for the Mud Hens since 1975. This past season, Webber called his 5000th straight game with the team. Next year will be his 40th season with Toledo. It's the longest tenure of any announcer in the International League.

Jeff Manto, a former league MVP and current Scranton/WB manager Dave Miley will also be part of the 2014 class.

The Mud Hens open the season at home against the Louisville Bats on April 4.
