It was an impressive turnaround, but UT's season ended with a 2nd Round CIT loss to Robert Morris on Saturday, 69-51.
The Rockets failed to connect from the field until the 8:18 mark of the first half, missing on their first 16 field goal attempts.
Sophomore Rian Pearson, like he's done so often this year, led the way with 14 points. He was the only UT player to score in double figures.
With the loss, Toledo finished the season 19-17. Not bad for a team that won a combined total of eight games the last two seasons.
"We had a very good turnaround to the season. We just ended it tonight and didn't play the right way," said Toledo head coach Tod Kowalczyk.
