Bedford falls to Detroit Catholic Central 34-33

Bedford's historic season came to an end Friday night after a 34-33 loss to Detroit Catholic Central. The 11-1 Kicking Mules trailed the Shamrocks (10-2) 14-0 early on, but rallied to tie the game at halftime. Bedford pulled ahead 33-28 with 1:56 left to play in the game, but Detroit answered with 25 seconds left to seal the win 34-33.

Mules quarterback Brad Boss finished with 182 yards rushing, added two TD's on the ground and threw for one. Alec Hullibarger added 136 yards rushing and three TD's. Bedford finished with 446 total yards to Detroit's 424.
