The St. Francis football team is doing things a bit different this year. After finishing 3-7 last season, the school hired Chris Hedden to be the teams new head coach.
Hedden was an assistant coach at UT for seven years and was part of the 2001 staff that lead the Rockets to a MAC championship and the Motor City Bowl.
Hedden's first on-field move was literally that - a move. Hedden took his team to Heidelberg University in Tiffin to kick off the season's two-a-days. The Knights stayed and practiced on campus for five days and concluded the week with a night practice under the lights at Heidelberg.
