DEARBORN, Mich. -- Take a journey back in time to the 18th and 19th century when some holiday customs first originated.
You can walk the busy streets of Greenfield Village and encounter over 100 people in period dress and hear musicians and carolers spreading Christmas cheer. You can experience life as they lived it through the generations and learn how they celebrated the holiday by taking tours in replica homes.
Rides can be taken on Model T cars and Children can enjoy making crafts. Of course, there are lots of little shops selling decorative items and everyone can even take a spin around the ice skating rink.
At the end of the night Santa arrives in a Model T and he sets off a fireworks display.
