Jessica Biel and business partners accused of taking close to $500K in tips from employees
A new lawsuit filed by employees of Jessica Biel's Au Fudge claims she and her business partners took close to $500K in tips meant for them.
The Blast reports nine people have jumped on board to sue the actress, claiming the 22 percent gratuity on private events never went to the people who worked on the projects.
Employees who used to work at the business claim $430,100 wasn't distributed to staff working the various events.
They're also claiming they were denied breaks.
At the time of this post, Biel's reps and the restaurant had not responded to The Blast's requests for comment.
