DORA hours extended
TOLEDO, Ohio (WNWO) - The Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area now has extended hours. People will be able to take their drinks to go for another hour.
The DORA cups are available in Hensville from noon until 1:00 a.m. This change puts DORA and the Adams Street outdoor drinking regulations on the same schedule, both available until 1:00 a.m.
“Now that we’ve had it implemented, we’ve seen what happens and it isn’t out of control,” said KC Saint John, the Assistant General Manager at Ye Olde Durty Bird. “Opening it up for another hour just allows a lot more opportunity for people to enjoy downtown Toledo.”
The rest of the rules still apply. You can only carry DORA cups within the DORA area, and you can't cross over to Adams street with the cup.
