TOLEDO, Ohio (WNWO) — For more than two decades All Saint's Lutheran Church has brought the Nativity Scene to life in Toledo.
The display features nearly 100 volunteers during December of each year and live animals from a Michigan zoo.
All Saint's says it has become a broader event over the years because many others have chipped in.
"We've all banded together. Our congregation has aged here, and we realized we needed help from other congregations. Many others have come forward and we have volunteers from many different congregations who help out," said All Saint's Jim Burkhardt.
While Sunday night was the final night of the nativity scene, you can attend All Saint's Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m.
