Former Sandusky Co. detective gets 24 months in prison


    A former Sandusky County detective will spend the next two years behind bars, after tampering with evidence in a 2015 murder case.

    Sean O'Connell convicted in court Thursday.

    He was the lead investigator into Heather Bogle's 2015 murder case, and wrongly accused 3 people of her murder.

    The man accused of killing her, Daniel Myers, wasn't arrested until 2017 and will go on trial in October.
