Teen rides bike across U.S. to raise awareness for rare disease
Gabriel Low has Primary Periodic Paralysis and wanted to ride across the U.S. to raise awareness for the rare disease.
That's why he's journeyed across the country from Seattle to Cleveland, where he will compete in a triathlon.
He says staying active helps his condition, and wants to make sure others suffering through similar symptoms can find a diagnosis.
Low and his mother both have PPP and think raising awareness will help other people realize it's maybe not as rare as they might think.
