Toledo pair enter not guilty plea for terrorism related charges
Elizabeth Lecron and Vincent Armstrong, each 23, entered not guilty pleas Thursday to all charges before Judge James Carr in U.S. District Court Toledo.
The couple was indicted by a federal grand jury January 3 for various charges stemming from plans for violent attacks in the area.
Both were arrested in December after on going investigations revealed plans to administer destruction.
Both are remanded back to jail.
They are scheduled to appear April 5th for pre-trial motions hearing before Judge James Carr.
Armstrong is slated to appear for a detention haring on February 7th.
If convicted Lecron and Armstrong face life in prison.
